Scenery & Sticker App Projects: Part 1

Using a scenery or sticker apps is a great way to get your students started on any number of projects. They can create scenery to be exported into other apps and used for a multitude of projects!  Wouldn't it be fabulous for them to make a scene, snag the picture and then make a video explaining their thinking? More to come on that soon ... for now here's a bit about Make a Scene: Farmyard.

Getting started is easy. Touch and hold on the animal you want to add, then just drag it to your scene. A man with a nice British accent names the animal and the animal sound is made. Fun!

To change the scenery tap the circle to the far right at the top. You can also add extras to your scenery by tapping the circle with the grass. This lets you add things like fences or falling leaves.
You can also change the direction that the animals are facing by double tapping them. This app also sets the animals to scale in the setting depending on where they are in the foreground or background.

Tap the circle with 3 lines in the top left to get your export options. It will export a nice neat picture without all the buttons and stickers that you and your students can use for many projects.

Make a Scene: Farmyard is free right now, the banner says the price will go up, so download now! The other Innivo Make a Scene apps are $2.99. I know I'll be purchasing several!

I'll post a set of my favorite sticker / scene maker apps next.
