Popplets from this week

This week my students and I used Popplet Lite for a few fun projects. I've been demonstrating it, and letting them help, so that we can incorporate it into literacy and math stations in the next few weeks.

Everyone has been really excited about it! 

We created our iPad procedures using Popplet Lite, and took the pictures we used from within the app. I printed it out to hand in a few places in our room. 

We also made a thinking map about where reader's read. They were so enthusiastic! I'm so proud of how excited they were, and how many different places they came up with! 

 Next week, I'm planning to use Popplet Lite with my guided reading groups to work on blending phonemes and stretching out words. After that, I plan to let them make independent Popplets.
