Super Pin Sunday #1

I'm excited to start SUPER PIN SUNDAY! Each sunday I'll be showcasing some of the best Pinterest Pins of the week in education and technology!

Here are some excellent Pins from this week ... Click the picture to see each Pin on Pinterest.

Matt Gomez pinned: Graphite
Graphite by Common Sense Media has created a GREAT tool for educators. They are helping educators find the best, most appropriate, digital tools for students. You can even search by grade level or content. Check it out and see what new tools you can find for your classroom!

Lisa Johnson pinned: 100+ iPad Task Cards
Lisa shared this interactive ThingLink she created for a training. It has links to OVER 100 task cards that can be used with iPads and many different apps. What an awesome resource!

Lisa Williams pinned: 8 iPad Apps to Teach Coding & Programing
This pin links to a blog post offering several simple and fun apps to start teaching students coding and programing on the iPad. My Favorite one is free, Daisy the Dinosaur, and lets students program the dinosaur to dance!

This one has been all over, so chances are you've seen it, but I think it's worth looking at. As we integrate all these wonderful tools into our classrooms, we need to think about what we really want the learning outcomes to be and why we are using these tools!

Happy Pinning!
